The Objective of this industrial research project is for production effectiveness of production line, product: Exhaust Manifold (EMF-1). After researching, we found that there are many main problems for time losing in production but the most came from setup time. Therefore, we studied in setup process at which we can divide into 3 sections, Primary setup section, Inspection section and Adjustment section. The studies show us the problems regarding to as Management Problems, As such, the researcher will develop the improvement way by combining many management and statistic techniques to develop and step further these things. For conclusion, the researcher found that the improvement way which the researcher have already issued, is effective. It can reduce setup time by 38.65 percent. |
