The questionnaries were designed to check knowledge, investigate attitudes, incentives, information receiving, and energy-saving behavior in collecting data. The data was analyzed using the Peasons Product Moment Correlation Coefficient. Research outputs showed that the knowledge, incentives, information receiving and energy-saving behavior of collecting data were at four middle levels. For example, the industrial vocational students have knowledge about electrical energy-saving at 65.8 percent, they have energy-saving incentive at 60.4 percent, they have receiving energy-saving at 61.0 percent, they have receiving energy-saving behavior at 72.7 percent, only the energy-saving attitude of them at 77.4 percent, the highest level and the family income have more than 10,000 bath per month at 45.3 percent. Proper electrical saving purchase knowledge had the correlate with family income, operation and maintenance of electrical appliance and attitude at 0.132, 0.290 and 0.272, motivation from college had the correlate with public information and personal information at 0.202and 0.185, operation and maintenance of electrical appliances correlated with attitude at 0.327 and public information correlate with media information at 0.299 On the analysis of the energy - saving behavior between (Y) and attitudes toward energy-saving (ATTI), College Incentive (MOTI 1), Home Incentive (MOTI 2) and the family income (X(,4)) with R = 0.45 showed the following : Y = 1.255 - 0.03213 X(,4) + 0.196 ATTI + 0.04394 MOTI 1 + 0.02764 MOTI 2 |
