| บทคัดย่อ(ไทย) | การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีจุดมุ่งหมาย เพื่อศึกษาสภาพงานสารนิเทศเพื่อชุมชนชนบทของหน่วยงานภาครัฐและภาคเอกชนทั้งแหล่งสารนิเทศทางการ และแหล่งสารนิเทศไม่เป็นทางการในด้านนโยบายหรือวัตถุประสงค์ ขอบเขตหน้าที่ บุคลากร ระบบการจัดเก็บสารนิเทศ เนื้อหาของสารนิเทศ การจัดกิจกรรมการบริการลักษณะของสารนิเทศที่เผยแพร่ สื่อที่ใช้ในการเผยแพร่กลุ่มผู้ใช้แหล่งสารนิเทศ ปัญหาและอุปสรรคในการปฏิบัติงาน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า สภาพงานสารนิเทศเพื่อชุมชนชนบทของแหล่งสารนิเทศทางการมีมากกว่าแหล่งสารนิเทศไม่เป็นทางการทั้งเรื่องนโยบายและขอบเขตหน้าที่ในการปฏิบัติงาน ซึ่งครอบคลุมถึงด้านเนื้อหาของสารนิเทศที่จัดเก็บ การจัดกิจกรรม การบริการ ลักษณะของสารนิเทศที่เผยแพร่ สื่อที่ใช้ในการเผยแพร่ และกลุ่มผู้ใช้แหล่งสารนิเทศ นอกจากนี้ยังพบว่า แหล่งสารนิเทศส่วนใหญ่จัดเก็บสารนิเทศด้วยระบบที่ประยุกต์ขึ้นใช้เอง สำหรับปัญหาและอุปสรรคในการปฏิบัติงานของแหล่งสารนิเทศนั้น พบว่า แหล่งสารนิเทศทางการประสบปัญหามากกว่าแหล่งสารนิเทศไม่เป็นทางการในทุกด้าน |
| บทคัดย่อ(English) | The purpose of this research is to study theinformation work in the rural community under themanagement of public and private agency sectors,covering both formal and non-formal informationsources. The details studied are policy or objectives ;scope and functions ; staff ; information storagesystem ; stored information ; activities and services ;feature of disseminated information ; media used indissemination ; patrons using information sources ;major problems and obstacles. The results indicate that the information workin the rural community performed by formal informationsources is larger than non-formal information sourcesin the areas of policies indicated, functions, storedinformation, activities and services, feature ofdisseminated information, media used in dissemination,and patrons. Most of information sources have their ownbuild-up information storage systems. Problems facingthe formal information sources have are more thannon-formal information sources in all areas. |
