จากส่วนที่อยู่เหนือดินของผักหวานนก (~iSauropus hirsutus~i Beille.) สามารถสกัดแยกสารอัลคาลอยด์ ในกลุ่มไอโสควิโนลีน ชนิดใหม่ได้ 2 ชนิดคือ 4-methoxy-2-methyl-7, 8-methylenedioxy-1-isoquinolone และ 4, 6-dimethoxy-2-methyl-7,8-methylenedioxy-1-isoquinolone สารในกลุ่มฟลาวาน 1 ชนิดคือ epicatechinรวมทั้งสารในกลุ่มสเตอรอลอีก 1 ชนิดคือ (+,b)-sitosterol การพิสูจน์เอกลักษณ์ของสารเหล่านี้ ทำโดยการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลทางสเปกโทรสโกปี จาก UV, IR. MS, 1-Dและ 2-D NMR ร่วมกับการเปรียบเทียบค่าที่ได้มีรายงานไว้แล้ว |

From the aerial part of ~iSauropus hirsutus~i Beille., two new isoquinolinealkaloids, 4-methoxy-2-methyl-7, 8-methylenedioxy-1-isoquinolone and 4,6-dimethoxy-2-methyl-7, 8-methylenedioxy-1-isoquinolone, a flavan, epicatechin,together with a sterol, (+,b)-sitosterol, were isolated. Identification of thesecompounds was accomplished by analysis of their spectroscopy data: UV, IR, MS, 1-Dand 2-D NMR, as well as comparison with reported values. |
