The purpose of this study is to study the factors related to the efficiency and success of Nakhonsawan Provincial Sport Associations Football Team. The results showed that the data of human resources consisted of a president and a team manager who love and contribute both, physically and financially, to football. A Trainer who has competency and experience, effects and is affiliated with the local football team, training administrative skills, and ability to create a warm atmosphre. Football players who have competency, experience, physical capability, mental status, and teamwork in playing, as well as commitment to the locality. Team preparation and process of football player fitness consisted of readiness of training program, courage and morale enhancement, such as provision of adequate welfare for football players and motivational encouragementby increasing monthly income. Location, equipment and accommodation consisted of promptness of sports ground, readiness of training equipment, and football camp sites and accommodations. The financial factor should offer potential for supporting most team activities without lacking financial liquidity. Publicity is communication through various media.Interrelationships among football team personnel show good relationships among every group of personnel in the football team. |
