| บทคัดย่อ(English) | This study aimed at examing time spent by professional nurses, technical nurses and helpers in direct and indirect nursing care on each shift on moderately ill patients in medical ward. The sample included 35 professional nurses, technical nurses and helpers who gave care to moderately ill patients. Instruments in this study were moderately ill patients and forms to record time spent in direct and indirect nursing care activities observation forms. Data were to analyzed by frequency, percentye, the mean, and standard deviation 1. The average time spent in direct and indirect nursing care of professional nurses was .92 minutes during the day shift .74 minutes the evening shift and .43 minutes during the night shift. 2. The average time spent in direct and indirect nursing care of technical nurses was .26 minutes during the day shift, .27 minutes during the evening shift and .15 minutes during the night shift. 3. The average time spent in direct and indirect nursing care of helper was .11 minutes during the day shift, .26 minutes during the evening shift and .20 minutes during the night shift . 4. The total time spent in nursing care by professional nurses, technical nurses and helpers in 24 hours was 3.34 hours. |
