The purposes of this study were to study as well as to compare the attitude toward computer courses of Printing Technology undergraduate students in Thailand. The instruments Consisted of questionnaires. The samples were composed of 344 Printing Technology undergraduate students from Chulalongkorn University, Rajamongala Institute of Technology and King Mongkuts University of Technology Thonburi. The results of study could be summarized as follows: 1. The attitude toward computer courses of printing technology undergraduate students in terms of computer knowledge yielding at the low level ((-,x)=2.34) while their positive attitude was at the great level ((-,x)=3.54), negative attitude was at the uncertain level ((-,x)=3.32), and the tendency of using computer utilization was at the average level ((-,x)=2.96) 2. Male and female students attitude toward computer knowledge and the trends of its utilization was statistically significant at the 0.01 level. 3. The attitude of students classified by institutes in terms of computer knowledge was statistically significant at 0.01 level while their attitude toward tendency of using computer utilization at the 0.05 level. 4. The attitude of students classified by family income in terms of computer knowledge was statistically significant at the 0.01 level. 5. The attitude of students classified by with or without computer utilization to gain more knowledge was statistically significant at the 0.01 level. 6. The attitude of students classified by with or without any experiences before continuing their education at the bachelor degree, in terms of computer knowledge and the tendency of using computer utilization was statistically significant at the 0.01 level. |
