The purposes of the study were to investigate and to compare the opinion of administrators and instructors towards Diploma in Mechanical Technology Teacher Training Program, B.E. 2533., Department of Vocational Education. The study included curriculum objectives, curriculum structure, curriculum content and subjects to study, learning experiences, evaluation process and curriculum implementation. The data were drawn from the population which consisted of 20 administrators, 28 instructors of basic subjects, 45 instructors of education subjects, and 26 technical instructors; 119 persons in total from four technical colleges, Department of Vocational Education and the data were analysed to determine statistics employed frequencies, percentage, arithmetic mean, standard deviation and analysis of variance. The results of the research were as follows: the opinion of the administrators and the instructors in respect to curriculum objectives, curriculum structure, curriculum content and subjects to study, learning experiences, evaluation process and curriculum implementation were stated at average level. Furthermore, it was found that there were no significant differences between administrators and instructors opinion in curriculum objectives, curriculum structure, curriculum content and subjects to study, learning experiences and evaluation process except in curriculum implementation aspect. |
