วิทยานิพนธ์ฉบับนี้ มีจุดประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาระบบเสียงภาษาไทยเบิ้ง-ไทยเดิ้ง ที่ตำบลโคกสลุง อำเภอพัฒนานิคม จังหวัดลพบุรี และเปรียบเทียบกับภาษาไทยถิ่นโคราช ที่ได้มีผู้วิจัยไว้แล้ว โดยใช้ทฤษฎีแทคมีมิค (Tagmemics) ในการวิเคราะห์ระบบเสียง ภาษาไทยเบิ้ง-ไทยเดิ้งแล้วเปรียบเทียบความเหมือนและความแตกต่างระหว่างภาษาไทยเบิ้ง- ไทยเดิ้งกับภาษาไทยโคราช ผลการศึกษาพบว่า ภาษาไทยเบิ้ง-ไทยเดิ้งมีหน่วยเสียงพยัญชนะ 21 หน่วยเสียง ได้แก่ /p, t, k, c, (...), ph, th, kh, ch, b, d, m, n, (...), f, s, h, r, l, w, j/ หน่วยเสียงสระเดี่ยว 18 หน่วยเสียง ได้แก่ / i i:, (...) (...):, u, u:, e, e:, (...) (...):, o o:, (...) (...):, (...) (...):, a a:/ สระประสม 3 หน่วยเสียง ได้แก่ /i(...), (...)(...), u(...)/ ทำนองเสียงมี 2 ประเภทคือ ทำนองเสียงขึ้น และทำนองเสียงตก ทั้งนี้ ขึ้นอยู่กับระดับ เสียงวรรณยุกต์ของพยางค์ สุดท้ายของ ประโยค ชนิดของพยางค์มี 2 แบบ คือ พยางค์เปิด และพยางค์ปิด พยางค์ ประกอบด้วย พยางค์นำ พยางค์หลัก และพยางค์รอง ลักษณะคำมี 3 ประเภท คือ คำพยางค์เดียว คำสองพยางค์ และคำหลายพยางค์ หน่วยเสียงวรรณยุกต์มี 5 หน่วยเสียง ได้แก่ วรรณยุกต์ ต่ำ-ตก วรรณยุกต์ต่ำ-ตก-ขึ้น วรรณยุกต์กลาง-ระดับ วรรณยุกต์กลาง-ขึ้น-ตกและวรรณยุกต์ สูง-ขึ้น ผลการวิจัยพบว่าระบบเสียงวรรณยุกต์ภาษาไทยเบิ้ง-ไทยเดิ้งเหมือนกับภาษาไทยโคราช ในถิ่นซึ่งไม่มีเขตติดต่อกับภาคอีสาน โดยมีลักษณะที่ปรากฏร่วมกัน คือ B123 - 4, B4 = C123 และ B = DL ซึ่งจัดได้ว่าเป็นระบบวรรณยุกต์แบบภาษาไทยถิ่นกลาง หน่วยเสียง พยัญชนะในภาษาไทยเบิ้ง-ไทยเดิ้งมีการปรากฏของหน่วยเสียงพยัญชนะรัวลิ้น /r/ ซึ่งเป็น เอกลักษณ์ในภาษาไทยเบิ้ง-ไทยเดิ้ง ในด้านของการใช้คำศัพท์ภาษาไทยเบิ้ง-ไทยเดิ้ง มีการใช้คำศัพท์เหมือนกับภาษาไทยโคราชคิดเป็นร้อยละ 73.14 (1,953 คำ จาก 2,670 คำ) คือทั้งสองภาษามีการใช้คำประสมระหว่างคำศัพท์ภาษาไทยกลางกับคำศัพท์เฉพาะถิ่น, มีการใช้คำศัพท์ภาษาไทยกลางและมีการใช้คำศัพท์เฉพาะถิ่นและผู้วิจัยพบว่าในภาษาไทยเบิ้ง- ไทยเดิ้งมีการใช้คำศัพท์ภาษาไทยกลางค่อนข้างมาก ทั้งนี้เนื่องจากอิทธิพลของภาษาไทยกลาง ในปัจจุบัน ซึ่งสามารถคาดเดาได้ว่าภาษาไทยเบิ้ง-ไทยเดิ้ง จะเป็นภาษาที่อยู่ในภาวะ วิกฤติได้ในอนาคต ผู้วิจัยได้ข้อสรุปว่า ภาษาไทยเบิ้ง-ไทยเดิ้งและภาษาไทยโคราชเป็นภาษาที่มี ความสัมพันธ์ใกล้ชิดกันอย่างมากแต่การที่ภาษาไทยเบิ้ง-ไทยเดิ้งถูกเรียกขานด้วยชื่อ ดังกล่าวก็เนื่องมาจากการเรียกชื่อกลุ่มชนมีความสัมพันธ์กับภาษาที่กลุ่มชนนั้นใช้ กล่าวคือในภาษาไทยเบิ้ง-ไทยเดิ้งมักจะมีคำลงท้ายว่า "เบิ้ง" หรือ "เดิ้ง" |

The objective of this thesis is to study the phonology of Thai Berng -Thai Derng at Lopburi province and to compare the phonemes with Thai Khorat. A tagmemic framework is used for analysis. The results of the study show that, there are 21 consonant phonemes /p, t, k, c, (...), ph, th, kh, ch, b, d, m, n, (...), f, s, h, r, 1, w, j/, 18 single vowel phonemes/ii:, (...) (...) :, u u :, e e :, (...) (...) :, o o :, : (...) (...) :, (...) (...) :, a a : /and three diphthongs / (...), (...), u(...) /. There are two types of intonation groups : falling contour and rising contour. Intonation is caused by tone of the final syllable of a statement; if the pitch pattern is rising, then the intonation of the utterance will be rising, which is predictable. There are two types of syllable : the open syllable and the closed syllable. In addition, four types of phonological words were found, namely monosyllabic words, disyllabic words, trisyllabic and tetrasyllabic. There are five tones : low falling tone, low falling rising tone, mid level tone, mid rising falling tone and high rising tone. The results of consonant phoneme / r / in Thai Berng - Thai Derng.The consonant phoneme / r / is specific characteristic of Thai Berng - Thai Derng. Tone system in Thai Berng - Thai Derng is the same as in Thai Khorat. These dialects have the same variation patterns : B123 - 4 , B4 = C123 and B = DL. Therefore, tone system is Thai central phonology. The lexical usage of Thai Berng - Thai Derng there is 73.14 % same in the language, compared with Thai Khorat dialect. The similarities of the lexical usages are : there are compound words of two dialects, the usage of the Thai central language and the usage of dialect. The study also found that Thai Berng -Thai Derng in a usage level has adopted some language from central Thai standard language. The researcher expresses strong concern over the crisis of the Thai Berng-Thai Derng language and the fast pace of the influence of Thai standard language over the dialect. It is concluded from various linguistic evidences that Thai Berng - Thai Derng and Thai Khorat are closely related dialects. But they are called "Thai Berng - Thai Derng" because the speakers of Thai Berng - Thai Derng dialect always put the final particles "berng" and "derng" in their speech. |
